Anemoessa is 2 bedroom luxurious apartment, on the 1st floor of a private complex with external swimming pool. Very private and quiet place, yet located 80m from beach, 100m from restaurants, 200m from supermarket and shops.
Consists of 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, living room with convertible sofa, fully equipped kitchen, huge terrace and a cozy living room with extendable bed and a fireplace. Each room has a balcony, AC and a TV. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.

A lovely apartment which was perfect as a space for us 4 friends for our week's holiday. The location is absolutely ideal, so close to the beach and with lots of restaurants, bars and a couple of supermarkets nearby. Everything is in walking distance, so there's no need for a car. The pool is lovely and was usually very quiet, which meant we had exclusive use on the occasions that we used the pool. Milan was a great host with quick responses, and when we had a fault with the boiler it was fixed immediately. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location for everything you will require. We did not have a car but there are two supermarkets less than five minutes walk away. Lovely pool and only metres from the beach. Everything just as described and we would return to this property. Just need to mention that there are steps up to the apartment which the less able may find difficult. Milan dealt with a slight problem super quickly and ensured our needs were met. 10/10

This flat is well appointed for everything you need for a beach vacation, including a huge balcony that is perfect for outdoor relaxation. It is also perfectly located, just far enough from the bustle but close enough to walk. And the beach is a 3 minute walk away. In addition, communication was easy and the check in process was a breeze. I highly recommend Milan’s flat!

Haben Anfang Juli unseren Urlaub bei Milan in seinem Apartment verbracht. Das Apartment ist sehr schön und sehr modern. Es besitzt alles an Ausstattung was man braucht. Der Balkon sehr groß und sehr schön. Es ist eine ruhige Anlage und zum Wasser sind es gerade mal ein paar Meter. Ein sehr schöner Ort wo alles zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Tolle Gastgeber würden hier immer wieder herkommen.

The Apartment was a bit smaller than expected but all in all very neat. Milan & Jelena are great hosts who would make sure everything was fine and responded to questions instantly if needed. We were welcomed very warm at our check in by Natasha who provided us with all the necessary informations, some really good Tips where to go to have a nice meal in the area and some snacks too. It‘s super close to the beach which was very nice and having a Pool was also great. The Bathroom could need a makeover though, especially the Shower which has seen better years. But apart from that it was a pleasent stay and we can recommend it very much to others.

When we return to Chalkidiki-we‘ll book again with Milan! A perfect accomodation for a family- very close to the beach and close to everything you need for a decent vacation; far away enough from the „busy areas“ of the town to relax in a quiet atmosphere! The apartment looks exactly as pictured. Ideally located away from the crowd, loudness, ideal for little kids. The pool is good, it fors not have sunbeds do we just used it once in the evening. You can walk to Blue Carpet Suites beach which in my opinion the best in this region. The closest beach is nice too, remember to bring watershoes, there are little stones on both the beaches. In the apartment itself you find everything needed, even baby chair and some toys. Oven, teapot, coffee machine - all there. Barbecue outside on the terrace does not work. The terrace is amazing! We went by foot to the nearest grocery store and walked in the center one night. It was good to see all that and not to live there;) Thank you Milan for our great time.

Place is absolutely beautiful. Our favourite was the large balcony where we spent majority of our time. The apartment is part of a relatively small complex and it is positioned in a way that you can see the entire complex but still have the most privacy. The best beach in the village is 2 min walk form the apartment . Hotel Rigakis has surprisingly large and very good menu. Also, for a price of a coffee you can use bed and umbrella. Milan was always reachable, very understanding and professional as a host. Loved being there and hope to go again. P.S. there was a welcome basket and a message when we arrived that started out vacation feeling very welcomed and cared for. Thank you Milan and Natasha !
